OBINITSA SETO MUSEUM offers an opportunity to learn about the unique history and culture of Setomaa through exploring the family life, traditions and customs of Seto families.
The items in the cozy museum come from the surrounding villages. We place also a particularly high value on the fine handicraft of Seto women.
During the winter of 2018/2019 Obinitsa Museum will be going through an interior rehabilitation. This includes renewing the exhibition area that forms the base of the museum. Welcome to exhibitions, lectures and guided tours at the «new» Obinitsa Museum in 2019 June.
